Sailing

Come aboard on a Lake Superior sailing adventure worth making an annual event!

Visit full service lakeside marinas, old-fashioned general stores, rustic lakeside lodges, picnic on a secluded Lake Superior sand beach and examine ancient native pictographs on sheer cliff walls.  Explore miles of lakeside trails with spectacular vantage points or relax in an island sauna.

There's great sailing right across the region, from scenic Nipigon and Red Rock, to the charming village of Rossport to Terrace Bay, Schreiber and beyond!  You can be among the first to set sail in Canada's newest National Marine Conservation Area.
