Day 1- Arrive the beautiful City of
Thunder Bay, Ontario home of the Sleeping Giant either by plane or car and begin your scenic golfing adventure! After getting settled in being your scenic golfing adventure by teeing off at
Chapples Golf Course one of Thunder Bays three golf courses. Chapples is a picturesque 18-hole 6234 yard, Par 71 course located in the centre of the city. After setting the course record at Chapples head off to
Bistro One to celebrate your phenomonal round. Bistro One has been named one of the top 200 restaurants in Canada by Where to Eat Canada since 1997 and is where food and wines are a passion. To cap of the start of this amazing golf adventure rest and relax at

Day 2- Wake up from an enjoyable nights stay at the Valhalla Inn and make your way to a morning tee off at
Stalhcona Golf Course. Strathcona is a challenging 18-hole 6509 yard Par 72 course built on rolling wooded terrain in the northwest part of the City of Thunder Bay. Once you have finished this challenging round of return to the Valhalla for night eat dinner at
Timbers Restaurant, take a dip in the pool and relax for the night in preparation for the drive along the scenic north shore of Lake Superior.
Day 3- Wake up check out of the Valhalla and make your way North towards
Red Rock, Ontario (approximately an hour and a half drive from Thunder Bay) to tee off at the scenic
North Shore Golf Club. Situated between beautiful mountains North Shore Golf Club is the ideal place to get away and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the north shore of Superior while partaking in a great game of golf. Incorporated in 1961, The North Shore Golf Club has nine holes with multiple tees, measuring 6500 yards from the black championship tees. After this scenic round of golf make your way to the town of Nipigon and stay at the charming Skandia House Bed and Breakfast
Day 4- Wake up and enjoy a great breakfast and then make a scenic three hour drive along the North Shore of Lake Superior from
Nipigon to
Marathon. Along the way be sure to check out the
Paddle to the Sea Park in
Nipigon, the
Railway Heritage Museum in
Schreiber and the 30 meter tall
Aguasabon Falls near
Terrace Bay. Upon arriving in Marathon make your way to the beautiful 9 hole Stanley Thompson, CGA, designed
Peninsula Golf Course that overlooks Lake Superior. After an amazing and scenic round of golf spend the night at
Marathon Harbour Inn in Marathon and visit one of Marathon's various
attractions.
Day 5- Wake up and make your way from Marathon to
Manitouwadge(approximately an hour and a half drive). Upon arriving in Manitouwadge polish up your clubs and head over to the
Manitouwadge Municipal Golf Course. After your round of golf stay at
Northwood Adventure Tours & Inn and enjoy their exciting games room and hot tub.
Day 6- After a nice breakfast at Northwood and make a scenic 3 hr drive from Manitouwadge to
Geraldton. Upon arriving in Geraldton make your way to the
The Kenogamisis Golf Club situated along the picturesque shores of Kenogamisis Lake in Geraldton, Ontario, Canada. With a rare blend of 18 holes designed by both Stanley Thompson and Les Furber. The Front Nine (Thompson Course) was built in 1938, while the additional Back Nine (Furber Course) was added in 2000. The Kenogamisis Golf Course measures approximately 6,688 yards from the back tees, but caters to golfers of all skill levels by offering three additional sets of tees. Day 7- Head Home! Enjoy the scenic drive from Geraldton back to Thunder Bay (approximately a four hour a drive) stopping at scenic lookouts, the
Amethyst Mine,
Terry Fox Monument etc along the way. Also be sure to stop in at
Birchwood Deck Cafι a lovely place to eat, with the smells of home baking in the air. Oh and don't forget the cinnamon buns and homemade pies people come from far and wide for these tasty treats.
